1.MINIMUM PER IOD OF RENT?

Minimum 2 days.

2.DR IVERS LICENS E AN D PERSONAL DOCUMENTA TION?

Documents required to drive a Car, valid in Portugal. The driving license must be presented in physical form and with an updated expiration date. Same with personal documentation.

3.DRIVERS AGE ?

Minimum 18 years old, maximum unlimited age.

4.PETROL ?

Responsibility of the client. Return on the same level. In case of petrol mistake customer assumes concert expenses. Up to 250 euros may be charged.

5.INSURANCE COVER NEGLIGENT DRIVER , WITH ALCOHOL OR DOING OFFROAD ?

No, the insurance don´t cover, and LUIS MIGUEL MONIZ ENI can pick up the car immediatly, without the right to any refund.

6.PAYMENTS / DEPOSIT ?

The payment of the rental must be made on spot and we accept CASH or CARD. Isn´t required a credit card for a DEPOSIT.

7. PICK UP / DROP OFF / EXTENSION?

The vehicle must be delivered at the agreement place and hours sign on contrat . In case of Extension the client should meet at our office to make another agreement or we can also go to client location with an extra tax, depending on where it is.

8. CAN WE GO TO PORTO SANTO ?

Departures to Porto Santos are subject to the permission of LUIS MIGUEL MONIZ being signaled in the current agreement. In case of unauthorized exit, the customer will be penalized with a fee of 150 euros.

9. WHAT WE SHOULD DO IN AN ACCIDEN T?

In case of an accident you should:

Contact the local authorities (PSP) if someone’s injured. Call the ambulance (112) if someone’s injured. Contact the company LUIS MIGUEL MONIZ ENI (+351965336562). Fill out the friendly statement, and get the data of those involved correctly.

10. IN CASE BREAK DOWN ?

In case of malfunctions you should contact LUIS MIGUEL MONIZ ENI, as soon as possible, as well as travel assistance and provide the necessary data correctly as requested. LUIS MIGUEL MONIZ ENI, will not be responsible for lost time or commitments due to the customer having suffered an accident or breakdown on the CAR.

11. DOCUMENTS / TOOLS / VEST – IF WE LOSE?

The CAR documents must always remain inside the CAR. In case of loss during the rental period, the renter will be given as responsible and will have to pay 250 euros as a compensatory form. Disappearance of tools and vest will be the responsibility of the renter, being charged a fee of 50 euros. If the cliente looses the car Keys, it will be charged a tax of 250 euros.

12. DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN OUR CAR?

No, the clients don´t have to clean the car but should respect him. The way they receive, they should return, otherwise might be charged 10€ for deep cleaning.
