Car hire at Madeira Airport (FNC)
We are based in Santa Cruz, five minutes from the terminal. We bring the car to you when you land and take it back when you fly home, at no extra cost.

There is no desk to queue at and no shuttle bus to wait for. You put your flight number on the booking, we watch the arrival, and someone is outside with the keys and the paperwork when you come through. If the flight is late, that is our problem to solve, not yours.
Everything is included in the price you see: full insurance with no excess to argue about, unlimited kilometres, and IVA. No deposit is blocked on your card, and you do not need a credit card at all — you pay at the counter when you collect, by card or in cash.
The office is open from 08:00 to 19:00 every day. Arrivals outside those hours are still met, with a night service charge that is shown on the booking before you confirm — never added afterwards.

- Where do I meet you at the airport?
- Outside arrivals, in the pick-up area in front of the terminal. We will send you the exact spot and the phone number of the person meeting you before you travel.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- Put your flight number on the booking and we track it. A delay costs you nothing and the car still waits for you.
- Do you charge for delivery to the airport?
- No. Delivery and collection at Madeira Airport are free, as they are in Santa Cruz, Machico and Funchal.
- Do I need a credit card or a deposit?
- Neither. Nothing is blocked on your card and a debit card is fine. You pay when you collect the car.
