You can come to the office and collect the car over the counter, or we can bring it to where you are staying in Santa Cruz — either way there is no delivery charge. Most people flying in have it brought to the terminal instead, which is five minutes up the road.
Being local is the whole point. If something goes wrong with the car in the middle of the week, the person who answers the phone is on the island and the workshop is nearby, not a call centre in another country working from a script.
